This return policy was updated on November 6, 2025 and only applies to purchases made on or after this date.

12-MONTH MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE – iRESTORE LASER HAIR GROWTH SYSTEM

We are dedicated to your satisfaction with the iRESTORE Laser Hair Growth System. We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the iRESTORE Laser Hair Growth System Essential, Professional, or Elite for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your results after this usage period, we will provide a paid return shipping label at our expense upon receipt of the return request within the eligible time period (domestic orders only). You may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your iRESTORE Laser Hair Growth System within 35 days after this period (i.e. between 365 and 400 days since purchase). Once RMA is generated, you will have 30 days to return. Bundles purchased with our device kits are subject to partial refunds as consumables are not included.

If you have not achieved visible or satisfactory results before 365 days from the date of purchase, you may return the iRESTORE Laser Hair Growth System for a refund of the purchase price with a 25% service fee, less the Sales tax. The customer pays for the return shipping unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) for those who return before the 12-month period. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number issued by Freedom Laser Therapy. Any returns of the iRESTORE Laser Hair Growth System are subject to a 25% service fee. Shipping costs are not included. 

This Money-Back Guarantee is only valid for orders placed directly on this website with Freedom Laser Therapy, Inc. and shipped to an address in the United States. For all domestic orders placed with expedited service levels, shipping costs are non-refundable. For all international orders placed and shipped outside of the United States, our Money-Back Guarantee does not cover return shipping costs and you are responsible for returning the device within the timeframe required at your own expense. Freedom Laser Therapy will deduct return shipping fees and/or any customs and duty charges – as well as the return to sender cost from any refund due upon refusal of delivery. In order to prevent abuse of our generous policies, we only allow one return of the iRESTORE Hair Growth System per customer/household through this Money-Back Guarantee program.

100-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE – iRESTORE ILLUMINA SKINCARE DEVICES

We are dedicated to your satisfaction with the iRESTORE Illumina Skincare Devices. We guarantee your complete satisfaction of the iRESTORE Illumina Face Mask, Eye Mask, and Neck & Chest Mask for a period of 100 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your results after this usage period, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your iRESTORE Illumina Skincare Devices within the last 30 days of this period (i.e. between 70 and 100 days since purchase). Once RMA is generated, you will have 30 days to return. Bundles purchased with our device kits are subject to partial refunds as consumables are not included.

6-MONTH MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE – iRESTORE CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS 

Freedom Laser Therapy, Inc. is dedicated to your satisfaction with all consumable products. We guarantee your complete satisfaction of these products for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase.
This 180-day Money-Back Guarantee is available for 1-pack, 2-pack, 3-pack or 6-pack supply orders of all the consumable products. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason within the first 180 days, contact Freedom Laser Therapy to request an RMA number to process your return.
This Money-Back Guarantee is only valid for orders placed directly on this website with Freedom Laser Therapy, Inc. and shipped to an address in the United States. 

In order to prevent abuse of our generous policies, we only allow one return of the 1-month, 3-month or 6-month supply of any consumable products per customer/household through this Money-Back Guarantee program. Return is only eligible on the first order of any of the consumable products for a maximum refund of $400. This return policy was updated on March 1, 2024 and only applies to purchases made on or after this date.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE – iRESTORE BATTERY PACK

A 30-day Money-Back Guarantee is available for the iRESTORE Hair Growth System Essential, Professional, and Elite Battery Pack. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase, send us an email at info@irestorelaser.com and we’ll provide instructions to process your return (not including the shipping cost back to us).

In order to prevent abuse of our generous policies, we only allow one return of the battery pack per customer/household through this Money-Back Guarantee program.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

As indicated in our Terms of Sale (“Delivery Confirmation” section), you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.

We work fast to ship your order. Once an order is placed, our operations and fulfillment teams begin processing it right away. As work starts promptly, cancellation options we offer are limited to the scenarios below.

1) When you can cancel with no fee 

You may cancel at no charge if:

  • Significant delay: Your order has not shipped within 5 business days of purchase (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding company holidays), or

  • Unexpected stock issues: We notify you of a sudden out-of-stock/backorder delay that prevents shipment within the same 5-business-day window.

If either applies and the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2) Customer-requested cancellations

If you choose to cancel for any reason other than the above and the order has not yet been fulfilled (shipped), you may cancel for a refund minus a 10% service fee. This includes orders that are delivered to you and you refuse at the door, which are then sent back to us.

This fee helps cover operational work that already occurs as soon as an order is placed (e.g., payment processing, allocation, packing queue, and support time).

3) Orders that have already been fulfilled

Once an order has been fulfilled (a tracking number has been created or the carrier has possession), it cannot be canceled.

Please follow our Return Policy (see the appropriate product category above) to initiate a return after delivery.

4) Need to change payment method or order contents?

If your cancellation request is due to wanting a different payment method or to change items/quantities, please:

  1. Place a new order first with the correct details or contact us to place a new order, then

  2. Contact us to cancel the original order (subject to the rules above).

5) How to request a cancellation

  • Speed matters: We’ll make our best effort to intercept unshipped orders, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins.

  • We will confirm whether your order has shipped and advise next steps (no-fee cancellation, fee-based cancellation, or return options).


We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or other issues that prevent fulfillment.
