Warranty Policy

iRESTORE Laser Hair Growth System devices, iRESTORE Illumina Skincare devices, and iRESTORE APEX LED Panels and Flex LED Belts come with a limited manufacturer's warranty which starts on the date of delivery. Warranty covers device defects, but not wear and tear or accidents.

iRESTORE ELITE WARRANTY

The iRESTORE Elite includes a limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to increase your coverage for a total of 5 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid. Please refer to the product manual for more details.

iRESTORE PROFESSIONAL WARRANTY

As of 8/19/2021, the iRESTORE Professional limited manufacturing warranty was updated from 1-year to 2-year.

The iRESTORE Professional includes a limited 2-year manufacturer's warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to double your coverage for a total of 4 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid. Please refer to the product manual for more details.

iRESTORE ESSENTIAL WARRANTY

As of 10/8/2023, the iRESTORE Essential limited manufacturing warranty was updated from 1-year to 2-year.

The iRESTORE Essential includes a limited 2-year manufacturer's warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to double your coverage for a total of 4 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid.

ILLUMINA LED FACE MASK WARRANTY

The Illumina LED Face Mask comes with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to triple your coverage for a total of 3 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid.

ILLUMINA LED NECK & CHEST MASK WARRANTY

The Illumina LED Neck & Chest Mask comes with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to triple your coverage for a total of 3 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid.

ILLUMINA LED EYE MASK WARRANTY

The Illumina LED Eye Mask comes with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to triple your coverage for a total of 3 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid.

iRESTORE APEX LED PANEL WARRANTY

The iRESTORE Apex LED Panel (including the Apex 1500 and Apex 2160) comes with a 10-year limited manufacturer's warranty, providing tiered coverage from the date of delivery as described below. By purchasing the iRESTORE Apex LED Panel ("Product"), you agree to the terms below.

1. Warranty Eligibility

This limited warranty applies solely to the original purchaser ("Customer") of the iRESTORE Apex LED Panel purchased directly from iRESTORE through the official website (irestorelaser.com), online marketplace or retailer (e.g. Amazon), or authorized resellers. It is non-transferable and does not apply to Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces, or secondary markets. Proof of purchase may be required to process any warranty claim.

2. What Is Covered

iRESTORE warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the instructions provided in the operating and service manual during the applicable warranty period.

3. Warranty Coverage Tiers

Year 1 (Days 1–365 from date of delivery): iRESTORE will, at its sole discretion, repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the Product with a new or refurbished functionally equivalent unit at no charge. During this period, iRESTORE will cover all two-way shipping costs within the continental United States. If you are no longer located within the country the order was originally shipped to, shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Years 2–10 (Days 366–3,650 from date of delivery): iRESTORE will repair or replace defective Products at no charge for parts and labor. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from iRESTORE's service facility, as well as any insurance on return shipments. iRESTORE is not liable for Products lost or damaged during return transit.

We recommend you retain original packaging for the life of the product to facilitate safe return shipping for any warranty service request.

iRESTORE FLEX LED BELT WARRANTY

The iRESTORE Flex LED Belt comes with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to triple your coverage for a total of 3 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED RESELLERS

If your product was purchased from an authorized reseller, please reach out to the original platform or store of purchase for warranty support and further instructions.

WARRANTY CLAIMS – ALL PRODUCTS

All warranty claims must be submitted to iRESTORE Customer Support at info@irestorelaser.com prior to returning any Product. iRESTORE will assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. The following requirements apply to all warranty claims:

  • Customer must submit photo and/or video documentation clearly showing the defect or issue. Claims submitted without adequate documentation will not be processed.
  • Customer must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • iRESTORE will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any approved return. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • Products must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging. iRESTORE is not responsible for damage incurred during return transit due to inadequate packaging.

Resolution of warranty claims may include, but is not limited to: shipment of a replacement part or parts, phone or email technical support to troubleshoot the Product, or replacement of the Product with a new or refurbished unit. iRESTORE reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification of the Product
  • Improper installation, including damage caused by mis-insertion of screws or bolts during stand assembly
  • Damage from dropping or physical impact
  • Tampering with or opening the Product without prior written authorization from iRESTORE
  • Operation outside the permitted uses described in the user manual
  • Use of the Product in commercial or institutional settings (this warranty applies to consumer use only)
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents, that does not affect functional performance
  • Theft or loss of the Product
  • Service performed by anyone other than an iRESTORE-authorized representative
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers

Warranty Limitations & Legal Disclosures

THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO USE THE PRODUCT ONLY IN THE MANNER FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS SET FORTH IN THE OPERATING AND SERVICE MANUAL. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND ASSUMES ALL RISK OF, LOSS, THEFT OF, OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRESTORE'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AT IRESTORE'S SOLE DISCRETION. IRESTORE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

To the extent the warranties and conditions in this Warranty Policy cannot be disclaimed as set forth above under the laws of the United States, iRESTORE limits the duration and remedies of such warranties and conditions to the duration of the express limited warranty (which excludes the extended warranty).

iRESTORE may change the availability of this warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not apply retroactively to existing purchases.

State Law

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
