The Flex LED Belt is a portable, wireless light therapy device that wraps around targeted areas of the body to deliver therapeutic red, amber, and near-infrared light. It uses 315 medical-grade LEDs across three wavelengths — 590nm (amber), 660nm (red), and 850nm (near-infrared) — to temporarily support muscle relief, relaxation, and local circulation.

The two belts are designed for different purposes and complement each other well. The Flex Belt is focused on temporary muscle relief, relaxation, and local circulation — with a built-in rechargeable battery for fully wireless, portable use. The Sculpt Belt is designed for body sculpting and recovery, featuring 4× more LEDs (1,260) and different wavelengths, and requires wall power. Optional rechargeable battery is available. What areas of the body can I use it on?

The Flex LED Belt is designed for use on the waist, lower back, upper back, shoulders, thighs, and knees. Its flexible, adjustable strap makes it easy to wrap around most areas of the body.

How long are sessions, and how often should I use it?

Recommended sessions are 10, 20, or 30 minutes, selectable via the Timer button. For best results, use daily or as needed. Start with shorter sessions and gradually increase based on how your body responds.

How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

The built-in 6000mAh battery supports up to six 30-minute sessions per charge. Charging takes approximately 4 hours via the included USB cable (a 5V/2A USB adapter is required but not included). Note: the belt cannot be used while charging — always unplug before powering on.

Do I need to wear it directly on skin?

Yes. For optimal results, the belt should be worn directly on clean, bare skin. Light cannot effectively penetrate clothing to reach the underlying tissue. Remove any lotions or oils from the treatment area before your session.

When will I see results?

Is the belt waterproof? How do I clean it?

The Flex LED Belt is not waterproof — do not submerge it in water or allow liquids to contact the light panel or controller. To clean, wipe fabric portions with a damp cloth and air dry completely. Use iRESTORE Device Cleaning Solution on the vinyl areas that contact the skin. Never clean while the device is on or charging.
